Marcus just put this dish on the menu at Salsipuedes: Butter clams on the half shell, trout roe, schmalz, chicken cracklins, tiger’s milk.

It’s delicious and makes me homesick for Ensenada even though the clams are actually from Coos Bay, Oregon.
